Field Trip

During the summer, Natalie's preschool takes several field trips. This time we went to the Stockton Children's Museum. It was fun watching Natalie interact with the other kids and also watching them all explore the cool exhibits at the museum.

3 Months Old!

Olivia is starting to teethe so she is drooling a lot. I took her shirt off to change her but she was being particularly cute & laughing a lot so I took advantage of it and played with her before changing her. Ron got some really cute pics. They are pretty similar but I love all her different facial expressions.

Fairytale Town

Today my mom & I packed the girls up and headed to Fairytale Town in Sacramento. It is a cute little place that has tons of "faiytale" play structures for kids to climb on and play in. We played for a few hours and then had a picnic lunch by a big duck pond. It was a really fun day.

We're having trouble getting Natalie to pose for pictures so Nana let Natalie take her picture on King Arthur's chair. It still didn't help us get a picture of Natalie there :(
She wouldn't smile on the turtle either...
So Nana tickled her until finally she...
...smiled for the camera.

We'll have to go back again when she can play too!

4th of July Celebration

After the parade we headed over to my dad's for our 4th of July Celebration with his side of the family. Natalie was excited to get to see her cousins.

Emma entertained Bootsy the cat with a straw.

Great Grandma got a bounce house for the girls. As expected, they had a great time!
Emma was very silly in the bounce house!
Even Aunt Diane joined the girls. It's crazy how fun it is in there even for adults!
Ava mostly liked to get in and out.

Another one of Emma
Of course Olivia is still too little for the bounce house. But she did enjoy watching the girls have fun in there.

Shucking corn...
Natalie introduced Emma & Ava to Olivia.

Tonya wanted to try out the baby bjorn becuase she never got to use one. That would have been impossible with two babies ;)

Another cute one from the parade

Except for Olivia's silly face, I thought this one was cute of Olivia & Nana. I didn't add it to the parade post because anyone who uses blogger knows that it is a little silly and won't let you add pictures in the middle of a post. you have to do them in sequence. so rather than starting over, I just added this one. And, sorry for the long explanation. I just didn't want it to seem too random.

Happy 4th of July!

4th of July Parade

Natalie & Nana decorated the chairs with flags. Nat loves waving flags at the floats & people as they go by.
Papa in his cool hat enjoying his frappachino :)
Olivia liked the parade until the fire engines starting honking their horns. Lots of groups throw candy. Natalie doesn't get too much, but she loved her blue sucker.
She tried to share it :)

She got a blue tongue too.

Happy now that the honking is over.
It was hotter out there this year than it was last year, but we still enjoyed ourselves!
