Blueberry Picking

Nana & I took the girls to a local farm where you can pick your own blueberries & strawberries. It was really hot even though we went at 10 in the morning but it was really fun!

Olivia ate more blueberries than she picked :)

Look at our bucket! We picked over 2lbs. We will definitely do this earlier in the year next year!

After blueberry picking we had to go home & do this... :)

At both parks that are close to our house, they have fountains that turn on during the summer. In the evenings when it is hot Natalie doesn't have a hard time convincing me to take them to play & get cooled off.

But she did enjoy splashing in the puddles.

Beach Part 2

We walked around Santa Monica quite a bit. Natalie loved the dinosaur bush water fountains.

We also went to the Santa Monica pier. Natalie LOVED all the rides at Disneyland & didn't show any fear at all. She wanted to try everything at the pier too including a little roller coaster.

Olivia really wanted to try these too but she was too small.

She had to settle with watching sissy this time.

Beach Part 1

After a GREAT time in Disneyland we moved to a house on Venice Beach by Santa Monica.

Here's Olivia keeping herself busy in the backseat :)

We went to the Santa Monica Farmer's Market. Wow! This was an amazing market! They also had pony rides & a petting zoo for the kids. Natalie enjoyed both!
